Shipping policy

Orders

Most orders ship within five business days and your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. Expect delivery within 2–4 weeks. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact Customer Service.

Back Orders

If an item you purchased is not in stock, we will contact you via email to let you know when the item will be available for shipment if it is not expected to ship within a reasonable amount of time. You may cancel your entire order for a full refund, cancel only the delayed item, or wait for the item to become available. If your order contains other in-stock items, we will make our best effort to ship those to you in a timely matter.

Shipping Destinations

United States

Shipping and handling is charged on orders shipped to addresses in the contiguous United States (lower 48 states including the District of Columbia).

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories & Military Addresses

Additional shipping charges may apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories and military addresses.

International Orders

International hipping charges may apply for orders shipping to Canada and other non-US countries. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise noted.

Refunds

If you request a refund or exchange, your original shipping charges will not be reimbursed and you are responsible for the cost of returning the item with proper expediency and insurance so that the returned item arrives in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
